It's a movie about #selfcare and #mentalhealth that I found very eye opening as a person who has yet to find a method of therapy that has been the right fit. Haven't gotten anything done, can't sleep....My son is officially on winter break & I'm taking this afternoon to listen to music, play some video games, smoke a bowl & just zone out. He started out as the king of krump and easily embodied every style of dance that was thrown at him in the most beautiful way. He was a joy to watch.
