For the month of January, my spiritual practice was rest.

I dropped the need I generally feel to have a plan, or a resolution, or a specific commitment that I inevitably fail to meet, and allowed myself to just be and go with the flow.

It was restorative. Highly recommend.

Some days...most days, lately...I feel like with all the changes that have come to Facebook and with the unbelievable shitshow formerly...

Some days...most days, lately...I feel like with all the changes that have come to Facebook and with the unbelievable shitshow formerly known as Twitter, my social media moment may have passed. I still post/engage on Instagram and watch TikTok...but very occasionally. I started using Mastodon and then Bluesky, but very sporadically. I'm not sure I'm getting benefit from any of it anymore. 😕
