I know Frontier have had their issues in Florida, but I have to give them high marks for texting me to see if my Internet service was restored. I didn't even have to call or chat with them. As I alluded to an earlier post, I'm on Day 7 without A/C, and I can't get any information from anyone. The cool weather is very nice, but circulation in these apartments is very important because of the high humidity that creeps in. I don't want to end up with mold blooms. Opening the windows doesn't help because they're not in good condition and there is still humidity...

I can't fucking believe it, maintenance staff needs to be treated with kindness when they don't do what they say they're going to do. I know this is a first-world problem, but I've been without an air-conditioner for 5 days now. Nobody showed up until I left an angry message. Then they had the nerve to tell me that they don't want to be treated like that. Like what? Competent individuals who take care of shit in a timely manner without me having to shame them?

And, I've had my Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones for about 3 months now, and I already have to replace the ear pads. Sure, they get used daily, but only for 3 hours max in the evening. I knew this might be an issue when I bought them but still. It would be foolish to buy the stock replacements, so this is the one time I'll purchase cheaper third-party ones...
