I'm not feeling this in spite of my love for efficiency. Sure, we've all been frustrated when we've had a customer service rep who doesn't speak English really struggle. But dare I say, there's some value in that.

In the article, this is described as a win for all people, a win for the customer service agent, the client, and the customer.
