Small changes in prompting don't seem to have a big impact, this seemed to be consistent regardless of how many time you prompted it.

Sure, we've all been frustrated when we've had a customer service rep who doesn't speak English really struggle. But dare I say, there's some value in that.
In the article, this is described as a win for all people, a win for the customer service agent, the client, and the customer.
You know, there's also value in learning empathy for someone else, patience for them, and grace when they struggle. That's got value too.
