I think we should ditch materials and methods altogether and just append actual protocols for each image with edits/comments about tweaks and adjustments as needed. Each protocol would get an individual doi linked to the paper.

We got one from @CellSignal (whom we trust) but the IF staining in our cells (which should express it based on RNA) looks funny.
