I finally fixed a long-standing, but sporatic fastlane issue where i was not able to send builds to testflight due to a “missing or invalid token”. The problem was… my macbook’s clock was a few seconds out of sync. So the jwt token had an expiry in the future and (some) apple servers immediately rejected it. Datetime.now - 30 seems to fix the issue 🙄
