I have no issue accepting transgender people. What I have difficulty with is the “badging” of themselves, and the incessant need to speak only about their identity.

With usernames on mastodon sporting pride flags who speak about nothing but that particular topic, it’s reminiscent of another group whose ideology became religion, in the early 20th century.
