This may be controversial but I’m starting to miss the first pandemic lockdown where I had so much time to learn and do anything. I was learning spanish and SwiftUI and so much more and I really want to go back to that for a few months 😕
To be clear I do not miss the reason we were on lockdown, just the amount of free time that I had.

I don’t get why #Go gets hate for having public fields/methods start with an uppercase letter (and private with lowercase). So many languages have code conventions for this, so Go finally took initiative and forced us to do this a specific way.
Also the moment I look at the name I know if it’s public or private, what’s better than that?

Today might be the day I solve the bug that’s been haunting me for 3 months.
I have made a lot of progress so far, fixing small bugs that were critical to the extreme stress test I created. I felt frustrated and like I just wasn’t capable of making it pass, but my boss kept reminding me that getting a project to work 90% is the easy part. That last 10% is going to take much longer and be much harder. And now I might’ve finally solved it!
