It's probably not going to do anything to reverse the pre-existing damage but I'm gonna stick to a strict sleeping schedule, with a soft limit at 10pm (winding down) and a hard limit of 11pm (go to sleep, no exceptions) and see if it's enough to at least lessen the chances of me having early heart failure.

All i can say is that this is so stable that Rocky Linux is at gnome 40 while debian is at gnome 43 or something.
