One thing I like about anime is the willingness to come up with and run with new ideas. But sometimes it gets kinda funny.

Girl somehow gets a clone of herself. Has close to go school for her and do all her things. (It’s about the clone falling in love, but it could just as well have been a twin really.)

But the funny part is, if you don’t go to school you don’t learn anything. So it’s being a shut-in with more steps:)

I haven’t seen the whole thing so I might be missing some twist. But if they had made the original super smart so she didn’t need school or something and was doing something else. I think it could have created a lot of interesting setups.

YMMV. It’s just funny how things can get illogical. Isekai is pretty good at that too :)

Like all the players are VTubers.

We have positional audio (so cool) and even voice control (FIREBALL!). Heck even VR thought it’s a massive flop by now.

But facial expressions would be cool in games.

(Though I guess it does need a LIDAR or it will work as well as a self “driving” car.)

Ok YouTube is very very seriously starting to push shit now. In like the span of 30 minutes I got to see a live stream with the dumbest and worst president of all time, twice (two different ones!), and a livestream waffling on about how “atheists are all stupid” (yeah right pal).

There’s no way I could have wanted those. Nothing in my watch history could ever related to wanting that. I avoid all political and religious anything, and especially ones that pushes the direct opposite of my own views.

(I don’t want an atheist waffle on like a toddler about religious people either. The guy was clearly dumb as a doornail. I can have a civilized conversation with a theist about theology. But I can’t listen to dumbasses.)

Ironically it’s getting genuinely difficult to waste time on the internet at this point. Crazy. :(

The guy he’s talking about coding the core (Robert aka FPGAZumSpass) is a wizard with FPGAs. He’s truly really good. Wouldn’t be surprised if they put out a PS directly after considering how great his PS core is and if they could give it a bit extra speed that would be a bonus.

His N64 core is great too, and was considered by many to be impossible (yet he did it).

The short form video gets a lot of flack, rightfully so, but I don’t think it’s part of the format itself but rather our sick social media landscape.

At least give it some variation to at least give the illusion that your writing capabilities are above JJ Abrams levels (damn he sucks so so so SO much).

Let’s give it a go.

The party is dissolved because of some event, that won’t be disclosed until volume 13 of the manga.

The MC knows they “have to power”, but the undisclosed event makes them unable to draw on their full potential.

The MC is a female, and there’s no harem. Was also the only female in the original party.

The new party is all female and one male (so the MC can fret about not treating him like the OG party treated her) and for guaranteed fan service without having to just rely on reoccurring characters.

There. That is more variation than several new shows I’ve seen lately (and one show up in October I just watched half the trailer for).

Honestly, I’m not mad, just disappointed. The Isekai trope with one odd profession at least has more variation for instance. I enjoy some simple stuff. I just don’t want Abrams levels of carbon copy scripts.
