I have really enjoyed my time on ravenation and there are some really good folk here, however, due to ambiguity on the meta federation thing, I no longer feel this is a good home for me.

If anyone can suggest a safe and happy instance,(must be lbtqia+ friendly and is blocking Meta/Threads), where I might find a new home, I am open to suggestions, and would really appreciate it.

I try to be positive in my interactions, but when I do rub somebody up the wrong way, I try to de-escalate. I would sooner apologize if I offend than have some dumb internet beef over something typed in haste, or perhaps poorly chosen words. I do mute accounts quite often, (maybe one a week), and I block commercial accounts, (plus toxic peeps, nazis, sexists, religious zealots, terfs, etc)

I only report spam

I follow only a few hashtags and I mute a lot of words and phrases, mostly things I like, but also things that might get me into arguments and things that upset me or waste my time,(I don't care what musk says for example)
