Firefox doesn't have WebUSB, and I rely heavily on that for managing certain hardware on Linux. So until Firefox gets WebUSB, it is a no, even though I like a lot about Firefox.

I have been using Brave, but they broke something recently on both system package and flatpak, as it doesn't work on any of my machines.

Do I go back to edge? or Vivaldi? A new fork I am not familiar with?

There were options suggested, but have to be very careful not to get accidentally charged the GDP of a small country. Doesn't need to be free

So what are some of your alternatives to Cloudflare? Especially for Cloudflared/Proxy/Tunnel, Auth, CDN (free egress), etc

Ugh, I can't decide if I should keep working on my blog engine/static site generator that I have been building in Go (I'm fond of the "go:embed of the blog files and running an in-memory file system to convert the markdown to HTML and serve it as a single file binary or spit it all out as a static site" feature I built)

Or rebuild in Lume/Deno/Typescript, which is pleasant to use and has fun features.

Does that mean you no longer monitor this account either? And since you are on Instagram, do you plan to do Threads? Threads plans to federate with ActivityPub so it could be an easy way for people on Mastodon to follow/interact while easier for you to manage if you plan to leave Mastodon.

We are curious if anyone in the #danish or #german community could help transliterate my last name using local pronunciation/vowels. My last name is `Kuncheff`, originally `Кънчев` (Kunchev), but adjusted to be easier to pronounce. the `Kun` is pronounced like fun, sun, gun, etc. In america, its regularly mispronounced like `boon` instead. And the V is more inbetween a hard V and an F, hence the FF

But I didn't know of NAT64 and other stuff you mentioned, so I might give it another go soon.

I would setup offline backups for all my cloud stores data, you never know what will happen or what policy change can lose your data. There are so many important photos on Google Photos, and while I do automated takeouts to OneDrive, I would like to finally setup a NAS to stuff something at home.

For anyone using https://cyphersrd.quest , I am aware of the recent SRD update but I am on vacation until late May/early June, so I won't be able to update it until then.

It's open source though, so if anyone feels like contributing, you can run the pandoc commands on the new SRD and old SRD, compare to find what's new, and open a PR, I will review and approve.

Otherwise, I'll get to it later.
