Added an iMac to my desk recently, but really didn't want keyboards and mice everywhere. Remembered I purchased Synergy (https://symless.com/synergy) years ago. Great on Linux and macOS! It's a bit awkward when both are on WiFi though, so at least one wired connection is a good idea.

I recently discovered I could change the temperature unit on my oven to Celsius. It has been far more accurate when setting a baking temperature. I suspect someone got the unit conversion algorithm wrong.

Having used temperature sensors with microcontrollers before, I always had to convert values to Fahrenheit (if I wanted that unit for whatever reason) from Celsius or Kelvin.

Another reason that Celsius is superior to Fahrenheit? (besides being easier to spell)

I remember first using Firefox on my parent's Compaq Presario running Windows XP. I believe I installed version 2 (I would have been about 8 years old). Today I'm writing this on a laptop running Linux - but I don't use Firefox as much anymore. Unfortunately, @mozilla has taken a stance on some really useful technologies and won't implement things like USB/Serial for Web. I'd love to leave Chrome and use Firefox again, but can't when it's missing technologies that I use.
