I wanted to call out @Metabase publicly for some truly amazing behavior!

I wrote in their customer feedback survey that I was frustrated Rails enums were represented as numbers in my reports. I couldn't seem to find any docs/ideas of how to fix this.

They not only followed up with a suggestion of how to do this, they walked me through doing it, and ensured it really worked for me before completing the interaction.

I have to say, the number of companies still doing this is so small. Kudos!

I've been a fan for a while and would love to purchase some zines for some middle-high schoolers learning programming and robot stuff (FIRST, etc) that I volunteer w. They mostly do Java for the robot and I've also taught them git. A few are getting started with Linux on Ubuntu 🐧

Is there a collection you'd recommend? The "Bite Size" one looks good but just wondered if you had any thoughts for this kind of group specifically.
