Just updated the firmware on my insulin pump for the first time. I’m pretty impressed, it was completely though the web browser. I had to use Chromium, which bummed me out, but I still prefer that over a standalone app.

Technology is pretty cool these days!

Phew, this updated Mail app in iOS 18.2 is something else.

The new threaded messages UI uses such a heavy-handed header that I haven’t seen anywhere else in iOS. Oh, and it keeps opening threads in the middle, so I just see the end of one email and the beginning of another.
