According to the folks maintaining Myth still (https://projectmagma.net/), T2 still wants far too much money for both Myth and Oni (especially since they’ve let both rot) to be purchased back by either fans or Bungie.

But, yes, PiD/Marathon (and Destiny) always owned by Bungie, Myth and Oni at Take Two, Halo by Microsoft.
