Weaning myself off Twitter is proving more tricky. I have this muscle memory of sitting at my desk, opening the browser, and pressing "T-W-Return", and it takes me a few seconds to realise what I've done. By then, something has probably irritated me, and I've fallen down a rabbit hole.

It's tough as I've spent over a decade on there and, as Bennett Foddy says, "Starting over is harder than starting up". But I think it will be for the best =)
