No one cares about your grades. They care if you can:
✅ Build systems that work
✅ Fix things when they break
✅ Scale to 10K+ users
✅ Say “no” to bad ideas
School won’t teach you this. Get your hands dirty. Build real projects. Launch. Solve real problems.
That’s what impresses employers.
P.S. A degree isn’t bad (I have one). Just don’t expect magic. The magic is in doing the work..

I built a side project just to learn a new framework.
Never planned to monetize it.
A year later?
Companies started asking to license it.
Lesson?
Even your “learning exercises” can turn into income streams.
Never underestimate the value of your side projects.

As developers, our job isn’t just to code.
It’s to understand the problem, evaluate it, and provide a solution—which might not even involve writing code.
It’s not about avoiding code; it’s about digging into the problem, understanding the user, and finding the most optimal solution to ease their frustrations.
