I am trying to buy a computer from Dell. After 90 minutes: on-line order form, tech support, customer support, finance department, being informed that my order has been placed manually then being informed that it has not yet been placed, I am now supposed to get a call in two to four hours to place the order. In the amount of time I'm spending I could have just built a better machine myself.
