He estado haciendo ejercicio desde hace un rato, pero no he podido ver resultados por el mismo consumo de alcohol regular que tenía cada de fin de semana por casi medio año.

Mi meta es estar limpio por al menos un mes. Después otro mes, y así eventualmente hasta lo más que aguante.

Lo bueno es que no salgo a fiestas en años... así que no me veré tentado por el entorno social
