I'm delighted to see that #Govee has a local API. It's unfortunate that it uses multicast. It seems the native #HomeAssistant integration doesn't play well with multiple interfaces. But I got Govee2MQTT working using the broadcast options. Sadly the local API doesn't expose all the options, just a basic on/off. At least for the H705. Hopefully someday I can put #WLED in.

Took about a month but I'm finally running 100% on Z-Wave JS. The last device took me a little while to get to because it's *gasp* outside. Overall, quite happy. It's especially nice to clean up a lot of cruft from dead or invalid sensors in MQTT.

Finally got the energy to start moving devices from Zwave2mqtt to Z-Wave JS. I thought it would be a lot of effort, but surprisingly not. One water leak detector has had a dead battery for who knows how long. Really the hardest part has been looking up the manual for how to initiate exclusion in each device.
