There are some possibillities to register as an authoritative OID registrar with a RDAP Service to the Registration-Tree on the root-level, or on a second-/sub-level.

IANA-PEN: Register a RDAP Service for your existing iana-pen (subtree).

• Register IANA-PEN OID on Top-Level

• DNS Challenge
  You can register with an arbitrary (external/self-hosted) RDAP Service/Server for your OID by using DNS challenges.
• Email Challenge
  You can register with an managed (saas/provider-hosted) RDAP Service/Server for your OID by using Email/Registration challenges.
